I would love to Jen, but i just realized i am in 3 challenges so i dont know if i can juggle all that. So if someone else would rather than thatd be great! Also im not good with coming up with names either. I like to vote lol, but ill think of some anyways, who knows something might strike me!

I have heard of people shredding it up and hiding in lasagna, burgers, etc. Never tried it tho. Ive just learned to like (some) veggies. It was a challenge but id eat celery with PB, or carrots with ranch, or broccoli with pasta.

Ive tried those ice cream sandwiches and their cheese wedges and most recently their candy! All good!! Love the light creamy swiss cheese on a ham sandwich!!

I never set a time frame for my goal... i just wanted to lose every week... and i have a lot to lose, so hope my goal is attainable!! I'll sure work hard at it!! And great challenges for the week!

While im at work for 9 hrs, i have 2-3 (20 0z) bottles. Then when im home, I drink 1 (16 oz) glass every 1-2 hrs. I drink a ton of water!! Always ice cold (at home at least!!) I just cant get enough of it lately!!

Your just telling it like it is, I agree, i used to be an all or nothing kind of person, now i am more forgiving of myself, and in turn i am more happy, sticking with it, and losing weight!!

I totally agree, I am addicted to Chinese food!! and i dont go all healthy with it, I only eat sweet and sour chicken!! That is my favorite thing and i am not giving it up, i just dont eat as much. Eat til im full, not til the plate is empty!!

Im worried that no matter how thin i become that i will still be the "fat girl". I have had such a self image problem since my early teens that I can imagine being thin, Even tho i am planning to be thin, i am having a hard time visualizing it. If that makes sense.

I was wondering something along those lines today as well. My SW was 300. In the past 5 weeks i have lost 15 lbs. It has been 3 lbs/week except the past 2 weeks which was 4.5 each. I net 1200 calories a day so i eat back some of my exercise calories. I eat 5x a day between 200-600 calories a time, so im not hungry. Im…

All calories burned count! And i usually burn 250 in 30 mins of strength training (according to my hrm) but MFP estimates only 190 in 30 mins.

Push ups for me at this stage, I have bad knees, and no upper body strength so trying to modify them on my knees hurts a ton :(
