Pizza is on my menu. I just plan for it and lean more toward the thin crust and veggies with a bit of meat.... or whatever else the kids and wife want. I eat it and adjust my intake or exercise to accomodate it. I LOVE the stuff!!

I've had trainers and I really haven't seen anything that is worth paying for, unless you really don't know anything about exercising. There is a ton you can learn about training with videos on Youtube and the books. If you need someone to yell at you and push you, then maybe... or you can get a Jillian Michaels video for…

One behalf of my daughter (here on MFP) and my wife, thank you for having the courage to share your experience and reminding all of us (men and women) to be vigilant. You are a very brave woman.

Wow. Not much else I can say, so I will say it again. Wow.

You could put the ingredients in separately. I have done this. You could go to the HRC nutritional information and subtract the cals for a bun from the total and create a new food in the database sans bun. I have also done this. Restaurant burgers (esp with the combo) are high calorie. I love the Chili's Burger Bites and…

Awesome change and very practical advise. Thanks for showing the way. You look great!

I just started (for real) this week. I am looking forward to working the program. Friend me if you like.

Kung Pao Chicken, shrimp or pork is AWESOME! Spicy and reasonably low in calories. I like steamed rice rather than fried rice. Stay away from the Crab Rangoon (love it) and the egg rolls.

^ This ^ Try getting the thin crust and skip the fatty meats (sausage & pepperoni). There are a lot less calories and still a pretty good flavor. No magic pills, carb blockers, colon cleansers, ad nausium... Just put in some more exercise and budget in the calories. I LOVE pizza and often have it on Friday nights.

Black means all coffee flavor and no guilt. It takes a bit to get used to at first, but then it never contributes to the fat or sugar intake. You would be surprised that you might grow to like it. I did that more than a year ago to make a small change to my diet and I have never regretted it. I love my coffee black!

You are an inspiration. I am about 80 lbs down on a target of 152 lbs total. Thanks for leading the way. You ROCK!!

Fit. Whatever that looks like on the person fit is better than either curvy or skinny.

Hi J. I am 6'4" and have been on MFP since last June. The accountability works if you use it and the program tools here. If you are serious, friend me. If not, then good luck.

You look amazing. Well done.

Gonna go skydiving with my daughter. I can't wait!

I started this journey with 150+ lbs to lose. I am currently down 80 lbs. I have one friend that had bariatric surgery and has gained everything back and another friend that is having a horrible time trying to recover from bariatric surgery  and would love to join you on this journey as a part of your atta-girl team.…

Outstanding results. Well done!

Homemade White Bean and Ham soup with onions and carrots. Very filling and surprisingly low in calories. I just have to resist the urge to add cornbread or biscuits to the mix. :-P

What a difference 6 months makes. You are looking really good, Aggie. Keep on going, girl, and you outside will be as awesome as your inside!

^ This is my experience too, but then I don't pay much attention. I am too busy feeling embarrassed doing my rotator cuff lifts with 5 lb dumbells... NOT. I see women lifting and using the machines. I don't give it much thought except to think, "Cool, someone's working on their strength and fitness." I sometimes wonder if…

Outstanding. Upward and onward from here!

Check out "Fat, Sick and Almost Dead" on Netflix. It is a fascinating documentary of one persons journey. Following his example, IMO, is your best bet. That said, that much weight in that short a time is not the healthiest way to go about it. Good luck.

Amazing progress. You look great.

Very cool! Congrats.
