Not to be glib or anything, but the best appetite suppressant is the right kind of food. If you give your body what it needs, it will be satisfied with it... once you brake the addiction to sugar and bad carbs. Yes, they are addicting.

Yes, I have felt cold much more often than I did before I lost 75 lbs. To top it off, my wife is going through menopause and now feels hotter than she ever has. It is a real role reversal for us. I want a fire going and the heat turned up and she just rolls her eyes and turns the heat down. It is pretty funny, actually.

My grandad used to say, "Them that can, do it. Them that can't, talk about it." You let you strength and stamina do the talking. You will still be kicking @ss when those girls have gotten over their gym phase. They may think they know better, but you get the results.

Check out the documentary "Fat, Sick and Almost Dead". I watched it on Netflix. It is a fascinating documentary about a guy who decided to give juicing a go for 60 days. The result is pretty amazing. You might get some good information. Good luck.

Not to drink. A big step for starting my weight loss was to stop drinking soda. I occasionally grab a coke, but end up regretting it because it tastes sickly sweet and syrupy and I realize I don't like it any more.
