Oh my goodness. Steve must have the patience of Job. I would have restored to slapping and kicking. That was hysterical! Thanks for sharing.

Sweat means your a working it. Sweat rocks! Sweat is your body doing it's thing. I had a training tell me the other day that she was glad to finally see someone sweat like she does. Sweat is a badge of honor and should be celebrated. Just sayin' that is why we are at the gym. WooHoo!

Well done! You look amazing!

If you do the things today that others won't do, you will be able to do the things tomorrow that others can't do. Them that can, do it. Them that can't talk about it.

My wife struggles with Fibromyalgia and herniated disks and is going through physical therapy to try to get some relief in her back.. I have seen her try to work through chronic pain and I can't even imagine what your journey must be like. I don't have this issue myself, but I have seen what it can do to someone close up.…

I use an old style balance scale. I figure the weight thing will never wear out.

I was at a men's conference (please don't take offense, ladies) and the keynote speaker got up for the very first general session and the first words out of his mouth were, "Life is not fair. Get over it!" All the men in the room busted out laughing. You really gotta know your audience. The same sentence would have caused…

Welcome. This is a process we are all learning and practicing. The friends you make here will generally help you get there and give you a gentile kick in the butt when needed. Sorry to read about your dad. Friend me if you like.

Half the protein and all the nutrients (including fat) are in the yolk. I eat 4 almost every morning for breakfast and my cholesterol is under 140. It is a super food and much maligned, IMO.

I agree completely. It is a shame what many parents do to their kids with bad and lazy food options. At some point, the kid grows up and must be responsible for their own decisions.

The recipe ingredients are often entered more than once... some in grams and others in oz. Try to find the entry in the measure you are using. Other than that, you can use any number of online conversion calculators or apps on a smart phone if you use one of those.

Well done. The difference is amazing.

I go to an Osaka in Bolingbrook, IL. Is that the one you are talking about? I love the place. I can get a reasonably healthy grilled veggies and chicken stir fry and reasonable sushi. I just have to stay away from all the other buffet islands. Great compliment! LOL.

Well done. You look great!

Almost half the protein and all the vitamins in an egg reside in the yolk. I tend to think the egg is healthier whole and that is the way I prefer them, but then, I do not have a cholesterol problem. A couple of eggs added to your diet shouldn't hurt you and it will give you a good dose of protein. As someone else said,…

The difference is astounding! It has got to feel great too. Well done!

Well done, man. You look great!

Oh my goodness, I was so temped to order it. Everything is better with bacon!

Replace the ketchup with a good hot sauce and put it on a burrito and I am totally there. My standard breakfast is a 4 egg omelet with peppers, onions and mushrooms with Salsa and Cholula hot sause. Sometimes I add a slice of toast and sometimes a corn tortilla. FYI - my cholesterol is under 140. Lucky genetics, I guess.

Love is a verb, not a noun. You decide to love someone and make a commitment. Love, the verb, is what overcomes all because there is a decision to continue even when the feelings come and go.... and they do. Love, the noun, is what gets so many people into trouble because no relationship is perfect because imperfect people…

It's generally pretty cold here in the Chicago, IL area. This may be the first year in many that we don't have snow on the ground Christmas day. I lived in California as a kid and Christmas was usually 50 - 60 degrees F. I think I like snow on Christmas. It feels far more traditional.

Absolutely. Give it back. My wife and I taught our kids to do the same thing. The stories here have warmed my heart and totally made my day. Thanks to all.

I went to an Orthopedic Dr. last summer because I have been having worsening pain in my shoulder for the past couple of years. It had gotten to the point where I could not move my arms in certain direction because of the stabbing pain. After an MRI and an exam, he told me that I just needed to strengthen the rotator cuff…

If you could spot reduce fat with exercise, people who chew gum would have skinny faces.
