I like to toast my bread first and I LOVE Smuckers Natural Crunchy peanut better. The ingredients is just peanuts and salt. No sugar. Check your ingredients for sugar or corn syrup. Regular oatmeal with a bit of salt and honey most every day at work. Great mid-morning snack and a complex carb, so it doesn't cause an insulin spike.

I had cookouts to go to on the 3rd and the 4th. 1500 + calories over on each day. Grilled salmon, brats and burgers with potato salad, multi-bean baked beans, guac and chips and etc., etc. Back on track today. :drinker:
