As long as you realize that the weight fluctuation is normal, I think it's fine to weigh yourself everyday. It helps if you weigh yourself on the same scale, weighing the same amount of clothing, and at the same time of day. I wasn't weighing myself everyday and strayed and gained weight back. He sounds like he is an aggressive bully. She should leave him and not go back. Very few excuses for a man to push a woman. But coming up to her and pushing her head is a nasty, brutal act. Bring a wash rag and a small towel with you and do a wash-up in the ladies room sink. We do have a shower in my building but it didn't work for a while so I did a washup in the sink. It worked fine!

You aren't crazy. It's probably just your friends/family's reaction to your weight loss.
