Hi, I sent you a friend request. I'm a programmer and working on my Masters. When school gets tough I tend to binge and skip exercise so I understand how easy it is to "grow into your chair"! I'll be rooting for you too!

I would be happy to send you a friend request. I'm a good cheerleader!

Decaf green tea or any other decaf tea. No sweetner, artificial or other. I think just "tasting" something keeps me from feeling hungry.
-
I'd like to be 130 but I will be extremely happy at 135! ;-)

You look amazing!

Sent you a request!

Stay at 1700-1800 a day if you are feeling healthy and strong with that. I'm completely against "forcing" oneself to eat more when one isn't hungry. I think that is the whole reason many of us gain weight in the first place..we eat when we aren't hungry and we are terrified of hunger pangs. Of course this advice is off the…

I have relatively small tatas and I always wear two sports bras one over the other. I hate to see ladies running and their girls bouncing around with their own harmonic frequency. It hurts just looking at them. I say the more they compact to your chest the better. That being said I have never found what I consider a really…

I love that expression "living binkie" you are spot on with that. I breast fed my daughter until she was 2 and son until he was 1 (he never had that much interest in it). I think for my daughter she just liked the closeness of it. She was always my clingy little thing and my son was much less of a clingy baby. I think the…

I think the only way it matters if it keeps you from falling asleep. But if it's part of your regime and you are comfortable with it, go for it. I've read that calorie-burn-wise it makes no difference.

Woah! What an awesome feeling! Congrats on having your hard work pay off!

It looks pretty good. I would echo the others, drink water and commit to the long haul. Don't expect instant weight loss. Just keep on track, keep eating a lot of veggies and fruits. Get enough protien and try to stay with complex carbs.

Some granola and blueberries! It's like blueberry cheesecake!

Just have to say who much I really loved your reply.

I agree. Don't try to compensate for an overage the next day. Just go back to your regular program and stick to eating 95% healthy. Once you reach your goal weight there will probably be days when you splurge. Learning to get back to normal and stay on track is a skill that will help you. Good Luck!

Take a deep breath..analyze what set you off on your binge and formulate some strategies to combat bingedom. Try taking a long walk tomorrow or doing some form of exercise that is non-strenous and relaxing (a leisurely bike ride, or mild workout at the gym) If you feel like binging tomorrow repeat the following…

Log everyday not matter how "painful" (i.e. you slipped and cheated, etc). You will get in the habit of logging everyday. Log honestly, it will help you get into the habit of eating right and exercising. Post as well. For me the feedback from MFP peeps is what keeps me going!

Hi, I'll friend you. I'm probably not a good choice for workout buddy yet because I work fulltime and I'm in grad school right now. Maybe in the future though. I live in Northern Virginia and I'm a runner. So if you like running maybe we could do a weekend run sometimes? In anycase I'm a good cheerleader and I'd love to…

You look great! Congratulations!

Red wine, good chocolate, and of all things frosted mini wheats! I can eat an entire box of frosted mini wheats, they are my crack-cocaine!

You are a little cutie! You were pretty before but now you glow!

can of soup (if you have a microwave). Leftovers from the night before, boiled eggs, boiled egg sliced in a tuna pack (really yummy and really high in protein), crackers, cheese, and sliced tomatos, hummus and veggies for dipping. Granola, blueberries, and greek yoghurt (more like a dessert!) I tend to be a sort of…

I'm hungry a lot and often feel weak or light-headed. I attribute this to the fact that I'm losing weight. If losing weight was "comfortable" it would be easy. Nature doesn't like it when we lose weight it tries to "trick" us into eating, therefore feel crappy when dieting! ;-) I figure it's not going to kill me to feel…

Remember MEAN PEOPLE SUCK! I hope using that mantra will make you realize the problem is them not you! Big Hugs!
-
Tell them weight can be lost but MEAN seems to stick! (Wow! they must have issues to be so mean!) Some people are such jerks they can't help themselves.
-
Ouch! the truth hurts!
-
Samosas and anything with lamb if you aren't a veggie! Yummy!

Gorgeous! You were pretty last year but losing the weight has made you glow! You can tell by looking at you how great you feel! Fantastic job!
