  • TMT- I am so PROUD of you & the journey you have been on! Your successes are just beginning and I know this has started a new life for you! Congrats to you for hitting such a huge goal & to your DH for not only standing beside you, but running "next" to you as you travel this journey together for your family! BTW- I LOVE…
  • Congrats! You look great & worked so hard to get where you are! Good luck with the rest of your journey!
  • I am 6'1", starting weight 295lb, current weight 235lb (60lb lost)... I am halfway to my goal weight of 175lb! Good luck!
  • You are doing fantastic! Way to change your life for the positive!
  • WTG! You are doing an amazing job & look great!!
  • I LOVE SkinnyTaste also! We eat all kinds of meat at our house, I just try to keep them lean & the portion sizes smaller (at least much smaller than I used to!). Start adding in lean pork if you want to stay away from traditional "red" meat. Keep away from the processed meats also (they are LOADED with sodium).

I agree that I've heard every tall vs short comment out there with weight gain/loss and everything in between! I know none of it really matters, just how I feel I am doing inside... which…
  • Wow- we have a LOT in common! I am 6'1" and have a end goal of 120lbs to lose. We have similar starting weight (mine was 295lb), although I am only 2 weeks in and 9lb down. Great to hear there are many others like me out there!
