I did L1D1 on wednesday and all day felt like i had spaghetti arms and legs - could not push thru it- also just starting c25k at same time but couldnt do my running today- so now for friday..c25k or 30DS??? Cant decide....

The pillow tops wear very quickly and then you have a lumpy bed- if you get one invest all the way. Personally i have a biomat on my mattress- great for healthy living, its 8 hours of therapy every night and i only had to pay for it once.

The program is designed so that you can do that- do what works for you. I had to skip one of the runs my first day and end prematurely on a couple others that first try. I did my second run yesterday and made it all the way thru- no skipped runs and I think i ended half a second early on one run and was so mad at myself…

yes! its tougher than quitting smoking! I have severe sugar cravings and after much research have found I have CRC- candida overgrowth-- common in America, common in those with sweet tooth! Im in the 160-163 are and also would like to see around 135 if that is where my body goes. I am working on eating more live foods and starting the couch to 5k program. Not sure what else to do....

Congrats on quitting smoking!! Dont be discouraged- the steps you are taking are invaluable and no scale can give you a true reflection of the great things youa re doing with your body. Not sure on the details of what you are currently at weight wise or food choices so only advise i can give is make sure you are eating…

Ive made some pretty mean and YUMM-O kale chips- sounded gross to me- but yeah- totally amazing and licks that salty/zest craving. If your in to making your won stuff and having it be live still- there are several recipes online.
