  • It is frustrating because 2 years ago I was fitting in pants that no longer fit now. I weighed 132 lbs. I now am at 148.5 today.   • Mid week update.. scale still stable at 147.9 in week 7. Up 5.6 lbs in 7 weeks. Should I be worried? Also thinking one more week and I may try a 10 percent cut until Thanksgiving which is also my birthday. Or do I wait? Any thoughts?

  • Usually the weekends I don't workout, maybe just a dog walk so I don't have any exercise calorie burn and then it's always some gathering to go to or out to eat or takeout or something on the weekends. Or a treat of some sort.
  • Yesterday it gave me nothing....today it's syncing my food from MFP and syncing my Polar HRM exercise calories I added manually to MFP and that's it. This makes no sense!!

  • I use both. I wear my Fitbit all day and when I am doing my exercise DVDs, Treadmill, Arc Trainer I wear the Polar FT4 to track the time and calorie burn. I then go into MFP and Log it (start time, minutes, calorie burn) this actually overrides my Fitbit on their website. So far its been working out. I have already lost a…
  • I also have a fitbit and a Polar HRM. What I do is go into MFP and log my workout, start time, how many minutes, and calorie burn from the HRM for that timeframe. If you have MFP and Fitbit syncing together then what you logged will sync over to Fibit and override it. I do this for the cardio exercise I do at the gym.…
