Weighed in today. Wasn't going to do it. Scale back up now 3.9 lbs so much for that whoosh. I ate at about 2100 per day and TDEE was about the same. Measurements the same. This is so frustrating. Cut back on the gym to three days per week and cut down on Cardio. I did eat a lot of non nutritional empty calorie foods this…

Hello, Just checking in before the Holidays. This past Saturday was a valid weigh in day and I dropped 3.2 lbs. Not sure if it was just a Whoosh or what. I Burned an average of 2220 per day and ate an average of 2154 per day. Also lowered my workout time especially the cardio and concentrated on rest and strength. And…

I actually do! Haven't been on the scake. Lowered my workouts. Skipped the gym this morning. Knew I wanted to and horrible lake effect snow this morning helped me with that decision as well. Eating at TDEE this week. Right around 2200 calories per Fitbit. Thinking I need to stop with the Fitbit. Added stressor I think.

Yes ma'am I did. I am not going to worry about it until the New Year. Too many holiday baked goods!! Also cutting back on Cardio. I was doing almost an hour at the gym. Treadmill or Elliptical trainer 30 minutes each then a strength training workout for 30. Walking dog at night and on 15 minute breaks. Now that it's winter…

@empressichel I lowered my calories because i could not stand my pants not fitting properly. Turns out I gained eating less!!

I failed to mention work holiday party Friday afternoon with appetizers and then I went home and ate a little chinese food! One should never weigh in the morning after chinese takeout!

I haven't checked in with you all in a bit so I thought I would just catch up with what's going on with me. Over the past couple of weeks I dropped down to about 2,000 calories per day average and this last week felt MAJOR tiredness. Prior to that I was averaging 2200 to 2300 and felt much better. My workouts this week…

Going up to 2300 this week. What difference does it make. Not losing and just hanging out within a lb or two for about 6 weeks now eating at 2000 to 2100.

Thanks ladies.. I needed to read this right now!

@heybales my shopping experience on Monday was painful to say the least. Ended up buying leggings at The Loft which is one of my favorite stores. Waist Size 31 #12 on the label. My other jeans I have bought there used to be 4s and now I need a 6 or an 8 in the curvy or modern fits. I had to get the pants bigger because of…

I plan on taking my time to browse our mall for different stores with different pants and fits! Stretchy is a good idea!

@empressichel and @Raynn1 Yes! I am okay with it. Hopefully this will be a good thing!

I feel really good about the scale not around. Haven't seen it since Saturday!! I feel liberated! !
-
Good news is eating above TDEE so far And hid my scale. Have not been on it since Saturdays valid weighin. Feeling good about it!
-
I too rely on my food scale. I even weigh out a serving of popcorn!! My husband thinks I am nuts but it's so easy to think that you aren't having that much when in reality that's your serving. Ask Santa for one for Christmas!!!

Average Calories Burned: 2473 Average Calories Ate: 2329 So 9 weeks ago since I started this I weighed in at 142.3 and am now at 147.9 I am thinking that isn't a horrible amount of weight gain..... Well a little NSV for today. Which made me feel a little better about myself. A coworker of mine who has known me since 2007 when I started my weight loss journey said this morning to me that she is just amazed that I have kept the weight off and that I looked really good. I informed her that I have gained 17 lbs in the…

The gaining is the scary thing. To go from 199 to 132 to now 149 is freaking me out. So afraid to be that pudgy girl again. Hoping this works.

I was doing more reading about metabolism resets and healing. I was reading Sweat Like A Pig blog and some others and I really realize its not b.s. and I need to work on reaching TDEE. And do this. Scary as it sounds. Thanks everyone for letting me gripe. I have no one else to keep me going with this but ya'll! :)

Pretty much I just need to take a chill pill and relax about all of this. And Trust it all. Every week I need this pep talk. Y'all must think I am insane!
-
Maybe we need to jump together! !!
-
So ditch the scale and eat at 2400 daily what fitbit says and most other calculations online and see how things go when I am truly ready for this.
-
Okay so if I ever reach TDEE how will I know? Will the scale maintain??? Up 8.2 lbs in two months. 2.9 lbs higher today than Saturday morning. Which is probably water retention but I don't want to see it creeping to where I was 10 years ago.
-
Mentally seeing my weight creep up scares me. And I feel like I don't want to see that scale go any higher. In my head I want to start cutting but you all keep saying not to and to eat Tdee everyday. That just seems like too much food for me. I feel all I do now is eat. Some days I reach Tdee maybe two out of seven and the…

Week 8 One day early. I decided to change up my weekly weigh in and measurments day to Saturdays. Because Sundays I feel heavy. The weekends wreck me as far as sodium/eating etc. And weighing and measuring during the week is simply too hard; I would have to do it at 4 AM before the gym and that isn't going to happen.....…

I wished there was a way to move some of my extra fluffiness from my bottom to my top... 34A nearly flat as a pancake. Never had anything really up top but what I had I lost. Le sigh...

@empressichel Thank you for that. I really do need to focus on me and not the scale or the number on my pants label. I feel pretty good in my pants I have on today so cannot complain too much today!! Happy Monday to you!!
