thats not a bad thing... all those foods you mentioned aren't foods you should be eating anyways. congrats on cutting back, obviously i dont wish you to be sick, but its probably a good thing theyve been eliminated from your diet.

i would recommend only fresh fruits and veggies but if youre looking for something delicious and processed dom lee farms makes an awesome veggie/vegan burger... yum yum (its not low in cals but it is vegan)

skinnytaste.com has a lot of great recipes. i also like chicken chopped up and sauteed in just a tiny bit of butter when its almost done add peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini ... yum.

i have been having really bad knee problems so i started swimming at my gym. i never really thought of swimming as good cardio but ive been swimming about an hour and a half every day and i feel like im getting a good exercise in... plus a nice tan. good luck at the dr. hope all is well.
