What is the MIM stuff about? Can you have it on Atkins? I need some recipes. Not a big fan of cooking, so this has taken some adjustments.

I am fine with the food, I do what my nutritionist tells me, and I even exercise. But I haven't lost any more weight. I go back November 14th, so I am going to see what she tells me. I think maybe laying off the nuts and Atkins bars will help. I'm going to try that and see. Will let you know.

Thank you so much for the input. I see a nutritionist, and she told me anything I can eat raw is a good carb. Most veggies....corn is something I should only eat every now and then. Beans should be limited, too. I'm not big on veggies, so how do you suggest I get into eating them?

I wish I had the magic button to solve your problem, but honestly I am finding the same thing. I'm eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and three snacks and I am still not eating enough. This is tough stuff. I just started this yesterday so I am hoping to figure it out.
