I have just done this on level 1, the first set of cardio made me really out of breath as I haven't exercised for over a week! I normally do Zumba roughly an hour 2- 3 times a week so I'm quite use to fast cardio to get my heart rate up. But saying that I defo felt a burn and Sweated! Can some one help me out though... How…

I am the same, really fussy when it also comes to drink. I am trying my hardest to drink water, I do this by doing about 250mls of the stuff at a time. In between I will drink sparkling flavored water, and the occasional fruit juice. It is really hard!

I have the Zumba fitness on the PS3 move, and I do roughly 45- 60 mins every other day, I always put as much as I can into it. I burn from 500- 925 calories :D

That's, what I thought I was shocked to see that it can burn that much! Really does hurt after though due to the amount of effort I put in. I will defo get a heart rate monitor. Unless some one else has one and done the Zumba on the ps3 move?
