I went for the juice plus, my friend gave me some. I'm doing the two shakes a day, two snacks and a healthy dinner. Started Monday. Any one else want to share what they are eating along with their shakes?

I'm going to push hard. I did want to know success stories with both though out of curiosity. I've heard so much good feedback with slimming world from friends and friends of friends.

I attend on doing this also, but at the moment my baby is unwell.

Like I mentioned I have done this before, and lost weight bit took a long time. My wedding is in six months so need to do something that keeps me motivated out of the house.

I get what you mean I see this myself, but it just means your getting fitter ;)

Im doing Insanity too and have been doing it for a week now, im guessing the more you loose weight the less calories you burn :) Keep at it though, will still work the same :)

I did start to eat broccoli but I found the more I ate it the more I started to dislike it again, I was literally gulping it down with out chewing to try and rid of the taste lol. But I will try it again as never tried it with soy sauce so that sounds good as will disguise the flavor more :D p.s do you mind if I add you, :)

You look amazing, im heavy lifting at the moment. I follow Chalean Extreme DVDs. I was wondering should I incorporate more cardio, as when I was doing just cardio on its own I saw more difference on the scales, but doing lifting I have seen more results in body shape. You say you did no cardio at all?

I have just started Chalean Extreme, and after 3 days of doing it I can notice a change! Its really good and fun! All the beach body stuff looks good! Ive done Turbo Fire as well, even though there is a lot more cardio in that.

Wow never knew this! I am a mobile hairdresser and can stand 5 hours at a time working on some ones hair!

So I brought some fruit, dark rye crackers, walnut milk, whole meal bread and natural yoghurt fat free. Lets see how I go with this lol
