I do HIIT workouts and burn about 200 calories in 15mins... This will probably be the result for the after burn!

Well I eat lots of potatoes :D So that's good. Been drinking 3 liters of water today. So fingers crossed will start feeling more full of energy!!

Ok so defo nothing to worry about. Just curious, lately I have been feeling very fatigue. I exercise and burn about 200-500 calories say a day (I try and eat some back)and eat 1200 calories a day. Am I eating way too less, along with too less protein??

Oh right so in over words just by going over a little, really wont make no difference whats so ever and may even be better for me lol??

Thank you for all that information. I think I will skip the PHD shake then! Just researched and for fat burning work outs I should have about 10g of protein before working out, so just had has 1.5 oz (42g) of tuna :). I will pass on the link you gave me to my boyfriend though. Many thanks for your help :D

I am doing Turbo Fire I am on week 5! Love it, but yes is very hard cardio. But as time goes on you get used to it and can push your self a lot more. In these five weeks I have lost 6lbs and 9.5 inches. I dont do it 6 days a week I vary between 3 and 5 :)

What I have resulted to now is taking measurements. Its the only way to prove that you are losing weight. My scales say in 6 weeks I have lost 6lbs but in total I have lost 9.5 inches all round. So take measurements :D

Haha I will, I keep thinking though, there is not point getting expensive ones yet as if I keep losing weight they wont fit properly hahaha. Means a lot to inspire some one :D thanks

Thank you ever so much guys! I know when I wasn't seeing the scales going down much I was starting to panic!! But at least the inches are coming off so that's really all that matters at the moment!

Thank you, I was getting worried because the scales wasn't really changing much, but im glad I took measurements. I love Turbo Fire keeps you hooked! So hard at first but gets less challenging the more you do it, but defiantly pays off!!

I have been taking birth control for nearly 8 years now and when I was put on it I gained weight and havent actually shifted a lot of it to be honest. I love how guys love to gain weight ( muscle I know) My Fiancé is the same. Where as us girls just trying to get all those lbs off haha. So opposite, any ways every one looks fantastic! So inspirational! Well done!!

I always do mine Friday, due to worrying about the weekend lol. I use to do it Mondays, and some times I felt it was a bad idea after being the next day after the weekend.

So far I would say the past nearly 2 weeks I have been the same weight, at least I haven't increased I guess. But the inches are still coming off, so I am starting to believe that I am better off just going by that some times. Does any one know if I should be taking protein shake?

I weigh at the moment 177.2 and I am 5'2. I really really push myself when I am working out to the point where I am so out of breath and feel like I am going to be sick. I guess my HRM is in accurate, I didn't pay an awful lot of money for it to be honest. When I get more extra cash I will buy a better one and also a pair…

And yes I do have a heart rate monitor. Not entirely sure if its really that accurate though. But turbo fire is a very high cardio program, it uses a lot of HIIT workouts.

Ok guys thanks for that, I will eat half back and see how that goes. Does any one else have other advise? Extra info: I eat most days in the week healthy, its only on some weekends I will 'over indulge' slightly but even still I NEVER go over 2000 calories!

I am always eating spicy foods, I cant live with out. I love the Econa Hot pepper sauce, but when cooking ill use finger chiles or jalapenos :D
