So yesterday I went into town to get some exercise equipment. Managed to bag myself a new resistance band in strong and some weighted wrist bands. Also i brought my first exercise sports bra and shorts, I brought size 14!!! (12 US) I use to be size 16-18 (US 14-16). I know the shorts are elasticated... BUT I tried on a size 14 (US 12) fitted dress and it fitted snug!! So I am really happy!
