Oh I'm so with you! I have to have some kind of small treat (usually a 100 calorie ice cream bar) at the end of every day. I stay under in my intake goals too. I think it is wise of you (and me!) to know what you need to do in order to be successful LONG TERM. Because that is what counts in the end right? I say keep on…

As far as I understand, as long as you are consuming 1200 calories a day (regardless of exercise) you are ok. If you go lower than that you can go into starvation mode and your body will rebel and hold on to the fat. I hope this is right! :)

Oh I know it's killer! It's hard to say how many calories you burn. The only way to know for sure is with a heart rate monitor. You can look up what the calorie burn is for circuit training but that won't be exact and that usually gives the average burn for a 140# person. Keep up with 30 Day Shred and you'll notice a…
