4/7 Wed with Kickbox and walking on break. 5/7 today with the Firm 25 min. I will try to walk on break if it doesn't rain. You ladies are rockin it. I give kudos to heather for doing it carrying a baby!!

Go Thinktank!!! 3/7 today with 2 segments of 10 min solutions kickbox and 11 min on treadmill. I hate burpees, floor jacks and planks. I really hate them when they are all combined. Thank goodness it's only ten minutes.

I do the 10 min solutions kickbox quite often. Just go to fitness and exercise section and try them all for a good workout. :wink:

thinktank Forgive me I'm spacey LOL! 4/7 today with 2 segments of kickbox and one of dance. 30 half hearted minutes but it's something. Threw in 15 min of dance off the inches for 45 total.

I started doing the sun salutation from a yoga dvd and it really does work the arms good without using weights. I need to start doing that again.

1/7 today with 40 min of HHA will try do weights later. Thanks for the leg exercises Verda. I wonder if it would be more profitable to do squats on my break instead of walking. Debra I am using netflix of course it has cost me 30 dollars over the last couple of months but I needed the boost. I just have to get my eating in order. I had the stomach virus and had to wash and spray everything. The house smelled so much like clorox if it didn't kill the germs it sure would kill me Verda- way to go.…
