Mostly the women in my family are flabby arms but then again they are older and do not lift weights. I have noticed my arms have not decreased in circumference a whole lot (18.5-16.5). Where I had 5 inches of fat I now have 2 the rest is muscle.

I had over 100 pounds to loose and am about 1/3 of the way there. I missed my first goal of losing 60 lbs by the end of the year. But I realize this is a journey and you don't coast along all the time. Goal #1- 66 Spring 09 Goal #2- 35 Dec 09

I have used Walk Away The Pounds Walk/Jog and the Walk Strong. It was great for my thighs. I lost two inches off my thighs with the Walk Strong. I'm very heavy so it is a lot easier on my knees than aerobics.

Do you have the whole set? I have the 60 day program There is the 30 min cardio with ab sculpt (Set one). Then there is the 40 min cardio with ab sculpt & the total body burn (set two).

Are resistance bands considered weight training or should I lift weights on top of using resistance bands. I usually do the taebo with the resistance bands?

I always went over fat and protein. Last month I decided to get the carbs and not go over on fat or protein and I feel horrible and weak. There is another post about the phases of weight loss and that in the beginning phase your protein should be 50%.

I found the 2 mile brisk walk at the public library and since I started using it have lost 3 inches off my thighs. Before that i was using the treadmill at an incline 5 and not seeing much change.

I started with hip hop abs. I did basically no exercise except the treadmill and the hip hop abs really made a difference. Now I am doing taebo and Leslie Sansone WAP Express and I have seen a difference with these with leg strength being the focus for me now.

I never deprive myself if I really want something. Yesterday I had four krispy kreme doughnuts, today I had a twix; but like the previous poster said just include it in your calories and work off the rest. I have finally committed to using the site. I tried other ways like spreadsheets and find this to be a lot easier. I have seen results already and am committed to make this a permanent change.
