same with me! total apple shape! i started at 170 lbs and am now at 164 lbs. Ive been stuck at this weight for a few weeks according to the scale but i feel as if i am shrinking...slightly.

Thanks for your comments. Qvar is a steroid inhaler I use twice a day to maintain lung strength. I also have a ventolin inhaler that I take with me to the gym and use as an emergency inhaler.
