hmmm well if I want dessert I have a Dannon light and fit 6oz strawberry yogurt and then I cut an apple into small pices put cinnamon on it and microwave it yummmm:) you just need to adjust to eating a new dessert!

I'm obsessed with Kashi Golean it's the healthiest cereal you can find anywhere! I eat with a cup of Pure almond made by Silk (35cals/cup) and a 6 oz container of Dannon Light and Fit (80 cals). The whole breakfast is only 255 and keeps me full forever:)

They only go away if you stop eating it for a while. I rarely indulge in sweets, not because they are high calorie but because I know I cant't stop myself! I recently bought weight watchers fudgesicles but I also eat McDonald's ice cream cones (150 cal)

I used to do it daily but that just sucks! Now I record every Saturday! It makes weighing in way more fun!

Since I'm not overweight shouldn't my deficit be larger? I feel like overweight people lose weight easier and at a quicker pace. I might need more for my body to chaange?

My goal is to lose about ten pounds I weigh 135 and am 5'5 . Should I change it back? what's your guys' opinion..... It makes me sad when I go over:( Do you think 1,250 isn't sustainable?

My mom has had this problem and it made her existence miserable. Finally when she had enough, she joined Over eaters anonymous and not only did it bring her sanity and more happiness than she's ever had in her life, she's been able to reach and maintain her goal weight for about 8.5 years:)

I stopped eating things with flour and now I use ezekiel bread and once they're toasted they are better than bread and fill me up more!

What I have been doing recently that helps a ton is putting my meals into Fitnesspal at the beginning of the day and weighing my food.
