You gotta try this: lucerne Greek Yogurt 6oz (90 cals), mixed in with 3/4 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal (105 cals) and either some blueberries and cut up strawberries or a cut up peach, or banana etc! SSOOOO yummy and great post workout

No I don't:/ I have been losing weight quickly and until that ends I don't want to change a thing! My caloric limit is 1,500 cals a day but I aim for 1,300 on less intense days and 1,400 on days I work out hard! If I'm hungry on either of these days I always eat more but I'm usually perfect right where I'm at!

I used to have this problem after dinner I would be up with no calories left and still be hungry:(! So now I have a late night bowl of cereal and fruit:) I just leave extra room in my calories because I get hungrier through the course of the day

Don't give up this is the only thing that has every worked for me! Using this website I can eat way more than before and I feel much more sane:) When I first started working out and eating better it took my body three months to drop any weight!! Now it's coming off quick and effortlessly as long as I follow my plan:)

peanut butter!!!! I'm so obsessed! I had cut it out of my diet until recently when I found pb2....It has way less calories (45/2Tbs) but I still find my self over indulging on it! urggh

I'm interested in this! I have heard you need fruit post workout to get your blood sugar back up. Is it bad to not eat at all before a workout?

also try egg whites from a carton! 3/4 cup omelet is only 75 cals!!:)

I have found this bread I love called Ezekiel bread. I like the Sesame buns. No preservatives or anything and gluten free, takes some getting used to at first, but I'm so obsessed! I use half of a bun and cut it in half, toast it and make sandwiches with it.(85 cals) So much better than all that other nasty low cal bread…

I usually don't eat them either! Mfp gave me a certain caloric limit based on age, weight, height AND how often I said I work out! I know many people aren't going to like this but.... I eat 200 under the my everyday limit not including the extra workout calories. I feel ya girl!

Maybe just eat a meal ahead of time, and then have a little dessert or something small there? leave a little space in your calories? I've had the same problem with a multitude of graduation parties and I usually eat beforehand and have fruit and water when I'm there and no one even notices!!:)

well something easy to change is switch your cheerios out with Kashi Golean(so good for you!) and switch your milk out with almond milk. Tastes just as good! If you get the unsweetened almond milks they are really low cal. Mine is made by silk and has 35 cal/cup:) Just little changes maybe your eating few calories but not…
