How did you decide on your goal weight?
Not sure when or how to stop? lol I know it sounds strange but what do I start doing to maintain and not lose? Do I change my work outs and eating? I like what I do and eat and don't really want to change it but I'm worried my weight might get a bit too low and I'll start looking gaunt.

I hear very different answers everywhere! How can it be so variable while grilled chicken pretty consistent? Does is it change if it's skinless or not? I bake mine in the oven with lemon juice and garlic. Does anyone have a definitive answer for me?!?

The one thing that scares me a little about Fitnesspal is it encourages me to eat a lot more calories than the other tracker websites I have been on! Anyone surprised by their caloric limit that fitnesspal gave
I was previously using sparkpeople as my calorie counter website and it gave me a limit of 1,200-1,500 calories a day. I just joined fitnesspal today and it told me 2,000!!! what gives?
