  • Hey good luck to you! Just make acheivable and controllable goals regarding your 1) diet 2) exercise 3) sleep and you WILL reach your goal weight. You can do it!!
  • Just be careful that you don't overdo it or you'll regret it. Make sure your body is in enough condition to handle 2x per day.
  • Cool, thanks for the tips, heading over to the store right now, I'll check out the ingredients in the Fiber One and Shredded Wheat cereals. I guess I'm mostly looking to get the fiber from the cereal since I usually have a protein shake in the morning anyway.
  • Keep working at it bro! You can ditch those last 8lbs in 4-6 weeks no problem if you just stay consistent with the goals you set on this site.
  • Even Couch to 5K programs can be too aggressive at times. I've run into the same thing before with sore feet, knees, ankles etc. I have 4 major suggestions for you that will help you to move past this. 1- make sure that you are running with proper technique. Right now I'm doing sort of a Modified P90X with some running mixed in since I love to get out and run. Insanity is much more cardio focused from what I've read and heard. With the…
  • I agree, Power 90 is a great all around way to get in shape fast and a beginner can do them, I'm doing Power 90 too. Then after I graduate from Power 90 I'm gonna give either P90X or Insanity a try, but you can't just jump right into those unless you're already in decent/good shape.
  • Count me in! I'm down to 183.6 today (8lbs lost so far) Starting a new routine of P90X/Running Goal is another 8lbs in the next 4 weeks. Reward- trip to the beach for a week of rest (but not over eating :P ) - IroncladBRX
