I am doing, fresh fruit and liquids for three ddays, also! Only juices and water, no soda, so far so good, I haven't passed out yet..lol!

Try the Kool-aide Pie, So good, fat free whipped crea, 1 can of sweet condensed milk and a pack of strawberry kool adie in a graham cracker crust, just chill and serve! Also, you can substitute the condensed milk with flavored yogurt and use jello pack instead of kool aide!

Maybe try taking a water pill, like they sell in store, I have to take them by prescription but I know it helps get rid of all that excess water, but be careful not to take to many or you can also check with your doctor!

Drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day, eating more fruits and cutting out the greasy foods and just eating better, makes me feel better!

The extra 2 pounds are prob. from water and being bloated, it will go away, but t you do have to get up and walk it really will help with the cramps and the crappy feeling! Try something that is fat free or the 100 calories pack that are chocolate!

Stay focused and really your doing a good job if you lost 50lbs, it takes time and we all get to the point were we are at a stand still! But also as we workout, it starts to turn to muscle and that might put a lil on but stay focused! GOOD JOB!
