I know there's books and stuff on this, I was just wondering what you all think about this "Flat Belly Diet" !!

    My co worker tried it. She found it very hard to stick with she didn't like the "sassy water" or most of the meal suggestions.

    pamela35- Go to google and just type in "Flat Belly Diet" there are books you can by, apps you can get on ipod touches, etc!
