I have a hard time losing weight.. but it does eventually happen. Just very very slowly. Just keep with it and you will get where you need to be!!! Anyone could add me as well! I'm up for pointers on things I can improve on. I'm doing my best but I'm sure all of my choices could still be better!

Fear of being judged i'm sure. I keep mine open for the simple fact that if I ask for advice, it's hard to get if your diary isn't public. But if they are doing this for themselves which is why most of us are... I don't really think it matters. I don't understand it but that's just me.

Exactly! That's what I noticed.. Plus then you put more cheese on top... It was good, but not a healthier option by any means. A girl told me about it, and she was all, " it's totally healthy.. you can eat the whole thing AND lose weight." umm.. not quite. lol

I love it. It's really good, although supposed to be a better "alternative" but it calls for ALOT of cheese... So your taking out the flour.. but adding a ton of cheese.. Not "free" as in pig out and not care, but i'm going to eat what I want in moderation and be sure to log every single bite. If I go over, which i'm sure I will, i'll just work it off over the next couple of days.

I made chicken and dumplings in the crockpot and it's super yummy. Well, first off, you need to eat more than that. You need to consume NO LESS than 1200 calories a day. That is the absolute minimum a person should eat from my understanding.

Ok, so i changed it to "lightly active" and goal to lose one pound a week and it put me to 1460. So I will no longer log any sort of house work no matter how "intense" it is. So does my NET need to be 1460, or will Netting 1200 still be okay?

Majority of my exersize is from working out and weights. The only time I log cleaning is if i'm doing super duty cleaning scrubbing, rearraging furniture and stuff like that. I never log anything for taking care of the kiddos. I think i'm set at one pound a week, but i'll go check to make sure.

That's the part i've been struggling with, some say just eat 1200 some say net, so yesterday and today i've been trying to NET as close to 1200 as I can, but have been leary because I obviously do not want to gain any weight.
