No one is judging but throw away the pills. They don't on you, me or anyone else. Follow a balanced diet, drink lots of water and exercised as much as you can. I'm sorry for whatever it is you've had to deal with - but the RK won't help you x

Definitely give it a go! I do about 5 classes a week - started at the beginning of the year, and now am rather obsessed. I do one on a Monday morning, and then a double on a wednesday night and a double on a Thursday night. I run and do weights and row on other days, but spinning is great fun!

Well done on raising so much. I like the sound of Ocsober, but I'd struggle - alcohol is definitely my diet downfall. If I didn't drink, I think I'd be a couple of stone lighter for sure. I tend to drink gin and slimline tonic these days as its so light in comparison to wine.

I tried Turbo Fire first, but couldn't keep up! I run and do circuits as well so I thought I'd be able to keep up - but no go! I went to Turbo Jam and loved it - still love it. Love the Cardio Party workouts, and use them to tone up a few times a week

I love running, and try to get out 2 or 3 times a week - more if I can in the summer. I run for about 5 miles each time - so about an hour?

I have 2 boiled eggs, or a couple of cereal bars. Tesco do kids apple bars that are only 80 calories each and I really like them.
