  • I would put it down in the cardio section but still do 30 minutes of cardio as well. That way you'll keep pushing yourself.

  • I hate squats as well . It puts to much strain on joints so instead I use the leg press . I can hammer my quads but nowhere near the discomfort .

  • I find if you push to hard he may just resent it so just take it steady and let him come to his own conclusions about heathy eating
  • Remember it's a lifstyle choice not a passing phase. If it feels to hard then do it in small steps. Find new more interesting healthy food and do some different exercise's so that they challenge your body. I hope this helps and good luck XX

  • We've got exercise tv and fitness tv on sky in the uk. I watch it at lunch time when I'm have my healthy lunch it makes me want to go to the gym and do a serious work out

  • I have danone activia cereal fibre yoghurts, I love em and the kids can't stand them so they leave them alone. LUUUVELY
  • I should do mountain climbers they look tough. Also try the plank with your legs on a swiss ball then if your really tough legs and elbows on swiss balls but I've only seen one person (it was a woman by the way) do this at the gym and it looks hardcore.

  • 5 minutes thats tough going the most I've done is 1.5 minutes and got bored so I just do it in 1 minute reps but I also do side planks to get those obliques

  • I've just tried it in my bedroom with my wife going nuts for having my feet on the wall (not that I listen to her). I didn't find it to hard and I manged 4 with a 3 second pause when horizontal, but the blood rush was a bit weird. Thumbs up though and I think you should torture you class with it.

I know your gonna say you don't want to look like a bloke, and you won't because women lack testosterone and it take years and alot of heavy weights to bulk up anyway.   • Hi I'm the same I have a set of scales that tells my body fat ( normally in low 20's) a hand grip device ( reads normally mid to low 20's) and I use the one in Boots chemist and this normally reads 16 - 15% . which is correct if any? A simple thing turns into a mine field HEEEEELPPP!!!!!!
