  • Hi, sorry to hear your struggling. My advice is to make it all an habit weather it is food or nutrition just turn it into a habit and it's less of a chore. And remember it's a lifestyle change not somthing for the next six months but for a better life. Good luck x

  • I've learnt that I wasn't eating enough calories. Hence I was storing fat and living on muscle
  • I agree, take it one day at a time. Don't rush into it or give yourself a hard time if you slip. Its like quiting smoking, very hard and as long has you don't give up you'll make it. All the best to you both.

  • Hi, I beleive you should be doing weights and I agree high reps low weight but you do need to challenge your muscles so don't go to light .
