I have PCOS. I was diagnosed when I was eighteen. I've never functioned "normally" and I've always had a weight problem. I am struggling with infertility. My son was conceived with the aid of several rounds of fertility drugs and inseminations. I just finished up with several rounds of the same treatment trying to conceive…

Sounds like you definitely put some effort into staying on track! Way to go! We're headed out to camp tomorrow, as well. I'm very scared about straying from my diet, but I'm hoping I can at least control myself enough to at least cut back on portions and not cause a drastic gain! Hope the scale is nice to you!!!

I didn't, however, find a way to add your own manual calculations to your food journal... is there a way?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what time of day is best for your workout?? I've always done it by afternoon, but am thinking it would be much easier to work out once my son goes to bed at night. Does anyone know if when you do it actually has any effect on the calories you burn or your metabolism??

Hello! I'm new today, too. Seems to be a good site so far.

Hi everyone. I'm new here and just checking everything out. This site seems to be really well put together. I hope to find some new "friends" here to share our journeys. I am 24 and have a 20 month old son. I am currently 80-100 pounds over weight, but am only looking to lose about 50 pounds total. My first goal, though,…
