Surgery and Gain
I had surgery yesterday morning and stayed under my 1600 calorie goal the remainder of the day. This morning I had a gain of TWO POUNDS!?!?!?! Plateaus
Any advice from anyone on how to avoiding plateauing for a long period of time??? Whether personal experience or just tips you've read, I'm open to anything.... Does anyone have any suggestions as to what time of day is best for your workout?? I've always done it by afternoon, but am thinking it would be much easier to work out once my son goes to bed at night.
