I only change mine when I'm not happy with my progress. If you're not losing weight or it has slowed down dramatically then you're probably due for a change, but if you're still going strong, don't fix what's not broken.

Right after I wake up, in only underwear. I don't ever weigh with clothes because that particular weight can fluctuate depending on what you're wearing, so you never have an exact idea of what YOU actually weigh. When I weigh in at doc's, I'm always prepared for a two pound difference from my scale.

I've often read that the rule to spaghetti is 2oz dry equals 4oz cooked. I did it this way for awhile in the beginning, and then I got a little experimental. I started cooking my 2oz of dry seperately from the rest, and when I measured it found it was closer to six ounces! I was totally getting ripped off before! lmao :)…

I guess I don't understand why you remove it...??? I have a bunch of piercings and never remove any of them for any reason other than to clean them... If you're thinking the sweat infects it, it shouldn't, but if you really wanna be cautious simply wash it afterwards.
