I don't think it would be a problem to just use whatever weight you have from Mondays to "weigh in" on Fridays... It would still balance out to be a weekly loss. Welcome to the group :happy:

That's a great choice, and making better choices at such places is so hard to do. Perhaps I'll give one of their salads a try. My suggestion would be to see if you can find another scale- at the doc's office or maybe even when you're over at a friend's house- and see if there's a big enough change that your scale should be picking it up (keeping in mind that each scale is going to weigh a little differently.)
