Hope I make it to maintenance!! Congrats! I have had to up my calories before and was taught to do it 10% at a time. Add 10% to what you are eating now, two weeks later add 10% more. Good luck!

Most research I have read says you shouldnt work out on a completely empty stomach first thing in the morning. Even knowing this, I do. I get up at quarter tip 5 every morning to get my workout in before work and eat breakfast as soon as I get to work.

I change my weiight settings every week when I weigh in. It keeps the readings more accurate. Plus, the less you weigh the less calories your burn doing he same thing. Ok, call me crazy but I LOVE cardio 2! Its insane enough to keep you from getting board and stops just short of making you puke. I loved the lat pull sit ups because my arms are still hurting enough to tell me I was working them! On the plus side, I lost another 2.5 lbs !!

I have the same issue. Mine isn't pain as ouch as it is just a little uncomfortable and a lot annoying. If I watch my form it gets better but never goes away. I would say if it hurts, get it checked out just in case.
