  • Week 4 day 2. Love this one! My abs hurt in places I didn't I had which is a good sign. I can't believe I am in the final week of this thing! I'm trying to decide what to rotate to next, 6 week 6 pack or shred it with weights. Any thoughts?

  • Any Jillian Michaels. I just completed 30 Day Shred and loved it. I am doing Ripped in 30 now. If you want a more steady work out, go for Leslie Sansone. I think they have them at Target.

  • I just tried the double chocolate Wheaties Fuel Protein bar for breakfast today. YUMMY! I think it has 15g of protein. I really like mixing a scoop of Jillian Michaels Vanilla Cream Whey Protein Powder with coconut milk and coffee. Perfect for an after workout morning jump!
