I have sit on the side lines because I am too tired or not confident to play, I have not ridden rides with my kids because I am too big, I have not worn outfits I love because they don't come in my size. Screw that! It ain't gonna happen no more!!

  • "Don't diet, just BE healthy" I live by this. It helps me not feel guilty when I give myself a treat and gets me off my butt when I need to workout!
  • $5 per class and well worth it. My gym doesn't offer any classes which sucks, but luckily we have a Zumba instructor here in town who does it 2x per week at this price.
