It's not really a meal, but several small things I always keep on hand. Oatmeal, greek yogurt and fruit are my go-to's. Anything sweet and chocolaty is banned. We buy it only when it is a planned treat. A hundred pounds ago I would sit down and eat an ENTIRE bag of Peanut M&M's, the huge family sized bag!!!

BUMP! I just tried avocado for the first time and I love it!!! I know, I know, I am a very picky eater. It's amazing I became so overweight. (But I find it hard to get picky about chocolate which kind of explains it lol)

I go to a class and it's $5, but like everyone said, I'm sure it varies. I love the classes! I am not coordinated and can't dance at all but have so much fun I don't care! I tried the 1st set of Zumba DVD's but didn't like them at all. I'm sure the new ones are much better though. I would love to try Zumba for the Wii.

Thanks! That iswhat I am planning to do then. I started on Monday and haven't missed a day yet. Last night was hard, but I expected that. I am doing it with my usual cardio. Did everyone else add this to your routine or switch to this?

I started Monday and I love how strong it makes me feel already. Just getting through it made me feel like I had accomplished something. I am using 3lb weights for now. I figure I will get through the first week and then bump it up to level 2.

My husband has been by biggest supporter. He helps out with the kids so I can go to the gym or work out at home, he does 99% of the cooking and he has learned to make healthier meals and he tells me something positive about the "new me" a million times a day. He is amazing and I love him!!!

Mine was when I picked up the Jillian Michael 6w6p DVD after putting it away for awhile. I decided I would give it 100% and see how far I could go and I finsihed it!!!! It felt GREAT!!!

My husband is in a band. All of the band member's kids love to get up and sing with them during practice. My son, who was about 3.5 or 4 at the time LOVES rock music.
