I do not have a "routine". I am consistently changing the exercises I do because I get bored easily. I used to have a trainer, but not recently so maybe I should do a few sessions.

I felt that way when I tried Zumba. My hubby said I looked like I was making up my own moves, because I was! I ended up trying the class to see if that helped, and no, sadly it didnt. I look spastic when I dance, so now I stick with kickboxing and bodypump...no dancing involved! Sometimes you just have to laugh at yourself…

I'm a 38D and my right is slightly bigger than my left. I think it's completely normal and like GeekMom17 posted, I suggest getting a bra you can take the padding out of one cup.

I have been lucky enough to have tons of supporters, but my sister has been blowing me off when I mention exercise or anything health wise. She has never came right out and said anything rude to me, but she hasn't yet said one motivational or supportive word to me so it still bothers me. I think its just jealousy that you…

I don't know about the sugar-free pudding but I eat a lot of sugar-free jello when I am craving something sweet :) It only has 10 calories. Maybe try fat free milk??? Wish I could be more help though.

I don't because I know what nutrients by body needs already and which foods give me those nutrients so since I eat pretty much the same foods, I dont bother. I dont worry so much about how many calories I take in, I just make sure I eat clean and get all the nutrition my body calls for. I exercise for an hour a day 5 days…

LOL...you hear all of the above here in Texas! You get all kinds of slang and twang and bad grammar where I'm from lol.

I weight train first thing after breakfast so I have no excuse to not have time during the day, plus it makes me feel better and get my day started with some pump! I do my cardio in the evening before bed, thats just my preference. But as far as food, what helps me is food planning and prep. I eat 5-6 meals a day and I…

@Hootsmamma "Mean People in general (they suck!)" Yes, they do!! :)

#1....just plain rude people. I see no reason to be ugly to others without call for it. There's already enough ugliness in this world, why make it worse by hating on others? #2....older women who try to dress like they are 15. Short shorts with cellulite hanging out and tight shirts with stupid teenage sayings that show…

I never said you would starve...that takes some time.

My trainer and Jamie Eason. It cant be healthy to only consume 950 calories. Where's all the nutrition your body needs in that? Lean meats are usually 140 calories per serving and you need alot of protein so I dont see it as possible to get all of the nutrition your body calls for in 950 calories. And I have never heard of…

I have a personal trainer and he is great. I do alot of research and have some great fitness friends that I get advice from and I always talk to him about whatever I am questioning. Most of the time I see his point and understand but sometimes I disagree. Everybody has an opinion on what works and what doesnt but I dont…

You dont want to eat under 1200 calories!! Your body will go into starvation mode. Plus, its not too much about the calories you put in versus whats in the calories you put it. You can eat 950 empty calories full of processed nastiness or 1200-1500 calories of clean foods. Lean meats, veggies, low-sugar fruits, complex…

Cant tell if you are doing something wrong or not. But it does take time, lots of determination and knowledge!! Dont give up, it takes patience. There are so many opinions on here about what works and what doesnt, but two things I know to be true....weight loss is mainly about what foods you are putting into your body and…

I lost quite a bit of weight in my first two months. I was doing mainly cardio and kickboxing and then I got into weight training. I have actually gained two lbs in the last two weeks but I am continuously losing inches. I can tell the changes in my body yet the scale lingers. Its evil, dont trust it. Trust how you feel,…

I'm the same way!! I lost quite a few lbs real quickly and now its just lingering on the scale but I am still losing inches. My trainer says its due to the fact that I am toning and shaping my body by weight training and putting on muscle mass which weighs more than fat so the scale isnt really going down although I am…

Once your body performs the same type of routines for a certain amount of time, its easy to plateau. Your body adjusts itself to the workouts you are doing. It takes less energy to do moves the body already knows so you burn less calories. Just change your routine up every 6 six weeks. You can change the types of…

I get bruises on my legs all the time. I thought it was kinda strange too. I have dropped a dumbbell a time or two on my thighs but most of it seems to come from the machines. I guess it will stop once I toughen up :)

I don't count calories. I did at first but once I got with my trainer and he explained nutrition more in depth to me and I understood, I no longer took to counting calories. Its not only about calorie intake/output, its 80% the type of foods you put in your body. Even though those 100 calorie packs only have 100 calories…
