So I've lost 25 lbs in the last 4 months and now I have come to a stand still. I workout 5 days a week doing weight training, however I only get in 15-20 minutes of cardio daily. I eat clean and only make healthy eating choices (98% of the time lol), but I do not eat 5-6 small meals a day, mainly due to my schedule. I would like some advice on how to get over my plateau. I'm not sure if I should do more cardio? Or how to jumpstart my metabolism? I'm honestly feeling that it must be my eating habits because I am plenty active, so what can I do to jumpstart my metabolism? How have others gotten over plateaus?

It's a stall and not a plateau. Plateau's are 6 weeks or more of consistent exercise and diet with no change. When was the last time you changed any of your workout routine? If you haven't, that's the first thing to change.

I do not have a "routine". I am consistently changing the exercises I do because I get bored easily. I used to have a trainer, but not recently so maybe I should do a few sessions.

Then up the weight on your routines by a few lbs.
