Plateau...help!

So I've lost 25 lbs in the last 4 months and now I have come to a stand still. I workout 5 days a week doing weight training, however I only get in 15-20 minutes of cardio daily. I eat clean and only make healthy eating choices (98% of the time lol), but I do not eat 5-6 small meals a day, mainly due to my schedule. I would like some advice on how to get over my plateau. I'm not sure if I should do more cardio? Or how to jumpstart my metabolism? I'm honestly feeling that it must be my eating habits because I am plenty active, so what can I do to jumpstart my metabolism? How have others gotten over plateaus?

I do not have a "routine". I am consistently changing the exercises I do because I get bored easily. I used to have a trainer, but not recently so maybe I should do a few sessions.0

Then up the weight on your routines by a few lbs.0
