CW: 179.6...lost 3.4 lbs this week. Basically took off the past 2 weeks of silliness and gain!!! Didn't make it to 150...but lost 11 lbs and I am motivated again. I want to kick the 170's to the curb next. I have enjoyed the support and friendship here with you all. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season.

CW: 183. Ughh...a gain, but I had pigged out several days. Had cravings like nobody's business!!! Now I feel back in control and have had a healthy breakfast and lunch....yummy steamed chicken and veggies from local chinese resteraunt with some garlic sauce on the side. Now am comfortable and will have dinner at church…

CW: 180.6....gain of 1.2 lb. Didn't suprise me as I went over my points this week. I am proud of the fact that while I went over....I didn't do it royally as I have in the past...points reset today and back on track....want to kick the 180's to the curb forever!!!! Good job on fitting into the jeans!!!! I am looking forward to the day I am back to my old problem I had before gaining weight....size 4-6 waist and size 10-12 hips...heck to find good jean fit...but didn't appreciate the hourglass figure I had back then!!!!! Hope you had fun shopping!!!!

I have drunk so many Iced Hazelnut Coffees from McDonalds...I actually was able to coach a new kid working at the store on how to make it!!!! I am drinking them less...but still get at least 1 a week. Also love the nuggets...yum!!!!!!!!!

Hang in there. I'm hoping and praying the second test will come out better for you. Try eating something filling and then sitting in a hot tub to relax...is that a possibility. Getting ready to go to my new WW meeting. Have done points in the past. Now going to try the Filling Foods. Love the new clean eating cookbook...some really good looking stuff. Hard-boiling a couple of eggs for breakfast and having a cup of peppermint tea. Hope you all are having a good weekend!!!
