I'm doing Insanity, in week 2 right now! Ive done P90X also and I think this is much harder. It more intense cardio but since starting week 2 I feel I am improving. My heart rate is normally 160+ the whole time but I noticed my endurance is getting better! I cant wait to see the results from the fit test after week 2! Good…
