Those of you doing insanity...

Which workout is the hardest? Just out of curiousity. I just finished doing (almost) a whole round of p90x (got to day 80 and had to return it to the person I borrowed it from). I have done Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and ripped in 30 and breezed through those. P90X was difficult but definitely not too much... I always kept up with the people in the video including doing double-time in Plyo. I was always mostly on the lower side or under my heart rate zone with most of those (30 DS couldn't even get me in the zone at all or to even break a sweat. I was starting to feel pretty good about my fitness level... But... Let me tell you, Insanity kicked my butt!!! It is certainly no joke! My HR was 160+ the whole time! I'm excited to see where I am in 60 days. So far I've done the fit test and Plyo cardio circuit. I felt like I was going to throw up at one point. Maybe it's because it's more cardio than I'm used to!

I'm doing Insanity, in week 2 right now! Ive done P90X also and I think this is much harder. It more intense cardio but since starting week 2 I feel I am improving. My heart rate is normally 160+ the whole time but I noticed my endurance is getting better! I cant wait to see the results from the fit test after week 2! Good Luck! Its good to switch up your workouts anyways and keeps working out more exciting!!0

I think the Plyo workout is hardest! Those ski abs make me want to cry and/or puke. Pure Cardio WITH Cardio Abs is also quite a treat.
However, I find that i I'm properly hydrated, the workouts are much easier no matter what! Yesterday I was doing Cardio Power and Resistance and didn't drink nearly enough water prior to working out and I thought I was going to die.
I love Insanity...but I've never done P90X. I found 30DS to be too short and monotonous.0
