I am proud of myself today because I went to the gym for the first time since Friday. AND I stayed on the correct nutritional track, which I have been struggling with recently.

I had Saturday detention three consecutive weeks in a row... No Breakfast Club at our school. Speaking, sleeping, pens, paper were not allowed and they put us in cubes like solitary confinement.

I followed the book as much as possible. I am going to stick with the maintenance calories since it looks as if the workouts intensify with each stage. I will recalculate my calorie intake at evey 5 pounds (i.e. 210, 205, 200, 195, etc)

I eat between 1750 and 2050, it depends on whether I am lifting or not. Macro nutrients are 40/30/30 (carbs/fat/protein) and I don't hate myself if I miss the numbers. I am happy as long as I get close. :smile:
