I am a hiker and a biker, unfortunately since we moved to the Midwest I haven't had many hiking opportunities. This West Coast kid misses her mountains. I am finishing Stage 2 tomorrow, here is my progress so far... Since I started on January 2nd, I have lost 1.2 pounds an 4.25 inches (as of 3/9). 1/4" neck 1" waist 1" hips 1/4" shoulders 1" chest 1/4" each thigh 1/2" each calf No changes in my arms I will take measurements again on April 1st.

I tried getting the bar to my fingertips and moving my elbows up more, but it is just not happening.

I do the intervals right after the workout as outlined in the book. It doesn't take that long and I like the extra calorie bun. I also have the time, where others may not.

This is why I only weigh once a week now. I measure my progress more on the measurements that I take once a month. Since Jan 2nd I have lost 1.2 pounds, an inch in my waist, hips and chest. :) Edit: I am SO much stronger. I can feel and see my biceps, pecs, quads and glutes. I can't see my abs yet...
