Thank you all. I did just what you told me to and got a Polar HRM with a chest strap!! Not sure if it asks for the vo2 thing, not even sure what that is. Lol. But it did get all my other info and I feel better about that. :)

Awesome Job.!! Sad that u went through so much of ur life thinking about your outside wrapper. You look fantastic!!! I think some people who havent had to deal with weight issues truely have no idea how hard it is and how much strength it takes to get it off!! Be proud of yourself, that's a huge accomplishment!!
