TALKING ON THE CELL PHONE DRIVES ME CRAZY! What annoys me is that I am allergic to the soap the fitness center uses so I have to bring in my own towls to wipe down the equipment. I broke out from scalp to in between my toes....... It was awful.

I am not afraid of calories. I just eat less calories: My diet consists of 25g of carbs, 30g of fat with a 900 -1200 calorie intake a day. Some may say oh my gosh that is insane. But if one thinks about the things you put in your body one can make this work. I eat lots of fish (talapia, cod, salmon etc.) Meat I eat , 99/1…

I am working my way to a regular 5k. I just finished the Dirty Girl Mud Run 5K. It was so much fun. I also love running. The funny thing is I use to hate running. Feel free to add me if you need supportive running friends.

I just competed in the Dirty Girl Mud Run 5k in Grayslake IL. It was such a blast. It is truly amazing how women can truly support other women they have never met before. My friends and I already signed up for it next year!

I work out 1st to reduce stress. 2nd it helps with weight loss 3rd it is getting my body and shape. Lastly, I now just love to work out!:smile:
