hi. ive been on this thing for 10 days but never introduced myself and are having a hard time relating to people with that are not in my situation.

i eat less then 1200 calories. just to let you know.
i would like some friends who are also in my position and are afraid of calories... i do eat really healthy.
my life is filled with stress and anxiety
this is the only thing that i hold on to. but i dont want to,but then i do. its a battle.

please add if you are in a similar situation.

  • I am not afraid of calories. I just eat less calories: My diet consists of 25g of carbs, 30g of fat with a 900 -1200 calorie intake a day. Some may say oh my gosh that is insane. But if one thinks about the things you put in your body one can make this work. I eat lots of fish (talapia, cod, salmon etc.) Meat I eat , 99/1 Jenni-O ground turkey, turkey burgers, chicken (no skin) and vegtables (mostly green because they are the lowest in carbs and fats). On the weekends I eat 4oz of fruit. Snacks: sugar free jello, celery with laughing cow lite cheese, and pickles. For milk people may not like this one: I drink So Delicious Milk with fiber (very low in carbs and fat). Feel free to add me. I am here if you or anyone else has questions and support.!
