I need to know as well, as I've nearly lost the amount of weight I'd originally planned to lose, but absolutely must shed more pounds in body fat than the difference between my weight now and my original goal weight.   • Try inhaling on the way down, and exhaling on the way up. Exhaling on exertion is always a good idea, and pacing your squats to your breaths that way might help you with your timing.
